We stand behind what we make. Here's what that means.

Every NOT ALL GREY piece is printed on demand — made specifically for you when you order it. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or general dissatisfaction with the design.

We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering.

When We Will Make It Right We accept return or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery if your order has:

  • A manufacturing defect
  • A printing error (wrong design, misprint, faded print)
  • Arrived damaged

How to Raise a Request Email us at info.notallgrey@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review and respond within 2–3 business days. If your claim is valid we will arrange a reprint or refund — no arguments, no hassle.

What We Don't Cover

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
  • Damage caused after delivery

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement before they enter production. After that, cancellation is not possible as printing has already begun.
