Every piece is made for you. Here's how it gets to you.

NOT ALL GREY operates on a print-on-demand model. This means every order is printed specifically for you after you place it. No mass production. No dead stock. Just your order, made with intention.

Production Time Every order goes into production within 1–3 business days of confirmation.

Delivery Time — India Standard delivery across India takes 4–9 business days after dispatch. Total time from order to delivery is typically 7–12 business days.

Tracking You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. Some courier partners may have limited tracking updates — if your tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, write to us before assuming the worst.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Cash on Delivery COD is available for eligible pin codes across India if enabled for you while placing the order.

Delays We work with third-party courier partners. While we do everything to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always help you follow up.

Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be reshipped at our cost.
